The spacious Classic Quadruple Room was perfect for our family's needs and provided a comfortable base for our Makkah visit.

The uphill walk to the Haram was a challenge, especially after long days spent exploring the area.

The route to the Haram is challenging and misleading, requiring steep climbs!!! The internet speed is disappointingly low, which is frustrating for travelers needing reliable connection!!! Bathroom lacks a shower curtain, leading to mess.

All fine, but uphill walk

The location is great, just 10 mins from the Haram. I loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Plus, there are prayer mats and a Quran in the room, which is a nice touch!

Location near the Haram was a huge plus, making it easy to walk there within minutes. The room was spacious and tidy, but the hot water was a bit inconsistent, running out too quickly during showers. a pleasing experience despite the minor inconveniences.
